Grant joined Appleby & Burns in 1983 and became a Principal in 1986.
He has extensive experience within the property, engineering and shipping industries. Grant specialises in management accounting, business development and tax compliance.
Previous to joining Appleby & Burns, Grant worked within the brewing industry and another mid-tier firm.
He sits on the board of a number of large private companies, and was one of the founding directors of All Black Promotions Ltd. He is a member of the St Cuthbert's College Board of Trustees.
Grant was an Auckland rugby representative in the early 1980s, and has twice competed in the New Zealand Ironman.
